The Magic Castle
That's where I am right now. The hotel, that is. Gina and I just spent about an hour and a half in the heated pool outside - open 24 hours, I might add. We had dinner at an Italian place a few blocks down and off Hollywood Boulevard (we're in L.A.) where our waiter doubled as the opera accompaniment for the piano player. Santa Barbara was the main stop earlier today - so very lovely.
By the way, this is a photo of the room we stayed in last night in San Luis Obispo. Madonna Inn = BEST HOTEL EVER. (Click for larger view.)

Wow that's the coolest hotel room I've seen in a long time.
Yeah, one wall (and the ceiling) of the room were the crazy stripes, and the rest of it was carved out of a ginormous rock!
That's insane. I love it!
It looks like Punky Brewster's playhouse or something.
