My favorite pen
My favorite pen is a Sanford Ph.D. I've had it since my junior year of college. I know this because that year I took a bio lecture at Birge Hall. I can't remember what class was before it, but I had an hour to spare, so I used to sit on a leather bench in one of the commons areas at Birge and do homework. That's where I found the Sanford Ph.D. - one day it was just laying on the bench waiting for me. I've had it ever since. Sadly, it's now almost out of ink. I think even after it runs out completely, I'll keep it around and pretend to write with it. What? Have you never loved a pen?

(Or maybe I'll just buy a new one. They appear to cost a little over $6.00.)

Do they sell refills?
That is such a sad story, as if fate brought you together and now is trying to rip you apart.
Don't let it! Fight for your right to party.
If worse comes to worse maybe you could have a taxidermist mount it on a plaque for you.
I love cheap ol papermate pens.
Oh my lord. The taxidermist thing is so the way to go. I think they do sell refills, but I can't find them on their own! If you buy a new pen from the website it seems to come with them, though. Maybe I'll buy a new pen, then just use the refills on my old one.
hahahaha!
do it!
Then at Christmas time, give the new pen as a white elephant gift at a party. That way, the saga will continue on :)
