"Alias" is one of the few TV shows I make a point of watching every week. The first season was excellent entertainment, the third kind of sucked, and the fourth has been okay. The second season, however, featured Lena Olin playing Irina Derevko - the best character ever. Since she left the show I have been pining for her return, but it was my understanding there were some irreconcilable differences between Lena and the producers, and that her character would never be back. I should explain - I am in love with Lena Olin. She's an awesome actress, she kicks super amounts of ass solely by being present in a scene, her character on Alias is devious and complicated, she and Victor Garber are awesome together, and she is, without a doubt, on my switch-hitting list. Actually, my switch-hitting list consists of: Lena Olin. She rules. And so, when she showed back up on Alias last night, I screamed like a little girl. I've never been so happy that I live a life of cluelessness regarding upcoming plot developments.
