Ahead of their time

This bolt of insight struck as I was falling asleep a few nights ago...

Most people have heard the so-cute-and-glib-you-want-to-puke name combos that entertainment reporters have been inventing lately - Bennifer, Brangelina, TomKat (I think the last one makes me want to vomit the most), etc. Well, you know who came first? Scarnella! It had honestly never occurred to me before that the musical duo of Nels Cline and Carla Bozulich probably chose the name Scarnella for the project because it's a clever combo of their first names. Now, of course, it seems like the most obvious thing ever. Everyone else probably figured this out a long time ago. I just wanted to share.
